    Yes, well done. I like the idea of trying to be ‘the best me that I can be’, but I wonder how you know whether you’ve got there. I also wonder whether helping others achieve their best me might be a good way of achieving your own. Cutting down on, and thinking about, meat is a good idea, but what makes you think you need daily supplements?!

      As I’m pretty active, I benefit from vitamin B for converting my food into energy. I also take multi-vitamins with iron, to ensure I don’t get anaemic.
